NQAT Board Chairperson, Mr Amir Hamza and CEO, Mr Safari Fungo had a strategic meeting today to map out plans for 2023 and beyond, and identify new opportunities. To support Tanzanian SMEs in industrialization and promote quality in the local industry, the discussion centred around several key areas of focus, including:
- Emphasis on strengthening outreach programs to academia.
- Focusing on bridging the gap of missing middle in SMEs.
- Scaling up the Quality Champion program to boost local industry competitiveness.
- Strengthening partnerships and strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
NQAT is ambitious to support MSMEs and bring 1,000 Quality World Standard products to the world market in the next 5 years towards supporting industrialization and realization of VISION 2025.
